As a freelancer and in my in-house roles, I take on a variety of work, including brochure design. I’ve worked with both Fairhome group and the Manchester-based property investment company, Knight Knox, to assist in creating and laying out investment brochures. For these projects, I was provided with the copy and tasked with finding an effective way to present the information through layout and design. My goal was to ensure that the brochures clearly communicated key details while also being visually engaging and professional. By structuring the content and incorporating strong visuals, I aimed to make the brochures both informative and persuasive. The design needed to encourage potential investors to engage with Knight Knox by effectively conveying their expertise and investment opportunities. This project allowed me to apply my design skills in a strategic way, balancing aesthetics with clarity and functionality to achieve the best results.
